SEAT CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- The cancellation process in the RC and PI module will be deactivated during July 24-25, 2012 for the purpose of processing for the fourth round allotment.
- Candidates, who have modified their choices by surrendering their seats after third round during July 17-22, 2012 and have paid the fees in any previous rounds and are not satisfied with the allotted seat for the fourth round, need not report to a reporting centre for refund during July 25-30, 2012. In such cases the allotment of seats to the candidates will automatically get cancelled. Such candidates will get a refund of Rs. 34,000 (for OP, OPPH, OBC and OBCPH candidates) /Rs. 24,000 (for SC, SCPH, ST and STPH candidates) in due course of time. Refund will be sent to the candidates either by by Demand Draft/Multi-city cheque.
- Candidates who have been allotted a seat for the first time in the fourth round and are not satisfied with the allotted seat need not report to any reporting centre or admitting institutes for any kind of processing.
- Candidates who have not reported for cancellation can give there bank details through a link which will be provided in the CCB website after 30.07.12
